Size Guide

The widest part of the body that a nappy or pants fits over is usually the hips. We recommend you choose your product based on the hip size required, not the waist.

As an approximate guide, please see the table for converting from dress size to hip size and waist to hip size.

Don't worry too much about getting the size perfect, as the products tend to have a couple of inches of play in them from the size quoted.

If the size required is smaller or larger than the sizes in the table, go for the extra small or extra large products respectively.
